DevOps and infrastructure missions
I design or take over a product’s infrastructure: described in code, a delivery chain with signed images, backups with a demonstrated restore, access and secrets. A mission starts with a one-week audit, at the end of which I hand over a map of what exists and a plan ranked by risk. The build-out with the team follows: every change crosses isolated environments and its test gates (unit, database, browser) before it reaches production, and the work ends with a successful restore drill and documentation that lets the team run it on its own. The audit costs from €3,000 excluding VAT, and the build-out is quoted according to its scope.
For the decentralised-finance team, I described its protocol, running on several chains, in Pulumi on Google Cloud, with isolated environments from sandbox to production.
