ÉCHO
An application that brings together people from different schools, designed for the ÉCHO days then opened as a network to all campuses.
In serviceWhat it is
ÉCHO is the application I designed for the ÉCHO days of the schools of the Compétences & Développement network (EPSI, IFAG, SUP DE COM, IDRAC and the others), and first for the workshop I led on 3 November 2026 in Bordeaux. During the workshop, each person joins the room from their phone, meets people from other schools and plays short activities with them, while the projector shows the links being woven across the room. Since then, the application has become a network open to students of all groups and all campuses, who join it by invitation.
How it works
You enter with your first name, your school and your campus, by the room code or by an invitation. A meeting happens in person, by exchanging a single-use code that both phones confirm, or in the application, by playing together one of the five activities: First Impressions, Exchanges, Who Is It?, Soulmates and Living Library. Each meeting lights up a link in the person’s sky, in that of their group and in that of their campus.
Points reward meetings, the day’s tasks and the day’s challenge, and they go to the group and the campus. Nobody is ranked, and level and badges are shown only to the people met. The day’s wall gathers one sentence per person, with no “likes” or comments, a discussion opens only between two people who have met, and every meeting leaves a keepsake card. In the room, a facilitation console follows the running order of the three days and drives what the projector shows: timers, teams and results from social psychology found again with the group’s answers.
Why it exists
I wanted the meeting to be the engine: the group moves forward because people from different schools have talked to each other, and nothing is won alone in front of a screen. With the agreement of the students in my group, the application stayed open after the three days and what they built there is kept. They are its founding members and bring the others in through their invitations.
